“No! This is your first birthday back in the country. We must make it grand!”

River was rendered speechless. Others would think that she was celebrating her 80th birthday or something.

After hanging up, Paige considered briefly before she texted Alex.

Paige: [Where are you, Mr. Price?]

Alex was having lunch with Noah in MK.

The more Alex said, the more unpleasant Noah’s expression turned.

The TYC employees saw River from afar. They approached her to welcome her and were astonished by the handsome man and two adorable children beside her.

River blushed and explained. This is Scott Wilson, and he is a doctor. This is my daughter

With a graceful smile, Tyler said, “Hello, my name is Tyler Healy.”

The female employees shrieked once again.

“They’re adorable! Ms. Healy, can we play with them?”

River looked at her children and nodded in approval when they agreed.

Paige held up the gift and said, “Happy birthday, my dear! How is it? Do you like the banquet hall I decorated especially for you?”

River was moved to tears. “Paige, you spent so much money on this. I love it.” Paige sniggered and looked at Scott. “You’re back, Scott. Come and sit with me first.”
