“That’s it, Little Red. Show me your pleasure. Show me what your body needs to fall.”
I shuddered, the heat and pleasure cresting at his words. His fingers played with my clit at the same time I sunk onto him–and I let go.
The tension in me snapped and I cried out, bucking my hips to my own wild rhythm as he kept my clit satisfied.
My pussy gripped him tight and my climax stretched as I panted, eyeing him, his eyes so dark.
“What do you need?” I asked breathily, riding him slower, “To let go?”
He smirked wider then, leaning forward and bringing my face to his. He put his lips a breath away from mine, looking straight into my eyes, “You, Little Red. Only you.”
And then he kissed me, gripped my hips with his other hand, and pounded into me so hard, I almost flew straight into another orgasm.
I moaned as he took his turn with my body, drawing out more and more pleasure until he let loose a feral snarl against my lips, tugged at the bottom one with his teeth, and stilled his hips against mine.
The taste of blood from where he bit into my lip filled my mouth, and I gasped. He let go and licked across the wound, groaning as he pumped out the last of his release into my spent body.
I collapsed onto him, and he stroked my hair, leaning back against the tub with me still on top of him.
“Now I could eat,” I grinned, my eyes closing against him.
He chuckled beneath me. “If you fall asleep, would you like me to wake you for food? Or should I leave you to rest?”
I shrugged. “I won’t fall asleep. Too hungry.”
I was wrong. I fell asleep in the next second to the sound of Zachariah’s soft chuckle.
When I woke, it was dark, and the room was quiet.
I rubbed my eyes and squinted through the dim candlelight at the other end of the room. I smiled as I looked out the glass windows. I could see the stars so well.
It gave me a sense of comfort. So did the warmth coming from either side of me.
I looked down at where Zachariah was lying next to me. He was close, facing me, but his eyes were closed, his breaths steady. He wore only black pants with his tattooed chest on display. I licked my lips, eyeing the scratch marks on his shoulder that I had left.
A deep snore ripped through the silence, and I chuckled, holding my hand to my mouth, looking over at Atticus. He was on his back, taking up a lot of the bed. It was impossible for his big body not to.
He had his hand on his abs, one behind his head, snoring away.
I couldn’t believe they were mine. After being so sure my life would end in that damn cell, I was here, in the forest territory. Safe with three alphas. With the biggest decision of my life resting on my shoulders.
I frowned then. Where was my third Alpha?
I scooted out of the bed, pulled on a long green silk robe that had been left for me, and softly padded over to the glass wall-windows to see if I could find him.
I saw him in one of the other glass wall rooms. It looked like a workout room of some kind. He had no shirt on and was punching a sandbag over and over.
I smiled and left the room, heading down the first flight of round wooden stairs to find the workout room.
I found it and went in. Dorian’s eyes met mine as soon as I came into the room.
“What are you doing awake, Sweet Siren? Are you not tired after the last twenty-four hours?” He smirked, starting to punch the bag again.
He was covered in sweat, his body taut in all the right places.
His strength moved the bag again and again.
I raised a brow and sat in one of the wooden chairs along the wall. The punching bag wasn’t the only thing in the room. There was a whole training course that looked more intense than anything I had seen, and a rope ring for sparring.
“I am. But I came to find you,” I smiled.
He paused his punching and came over to kiss me. “I’ve got another couple of hours here, Sweet Siren. Go rest; I’ll be there soon.”
“Couple of hours? Aren’t you tired?”
Dorian shrugged. “I have to keep training even if I’m tired. It’s what alphas do– especially in my pack. Weaknesses will not be tolerated,” he said in a firm way that had me raising a brow at him.
“That’s intense,” I admitted, reaching over for the pitcher of water on the table. I poured some for us both, then took my horn cup and emptied it. Then I refilled it.
I held it, sipping it as Dorian started stretching, eyeing the obstacle course. There were a lot of tree interruptions in it: vines, jumps, trunks, and ropes. Like a forest, but he eyed it like it was an enemy.
“If I cannot be the best in my pack, then I do not deserve to be alpha,” he said tightly.
I gulped. “That’s a lot of pressure.”
He smirked dryly. “It’s how it is.”
“And if I were to stay here?”
That had Dorian pausing. He stood, his hands on his narrow, sweating hips. He had bare feet and a pair of loose khaki pants on.
They hung low, and I licked my lips. I couldn’t help the thoughts that broke through my mind–I could help with his cardio. And if he wanted to lift me for some strength training, I wouldn’t mind.
“If you were here, I would be expected to protect you as fiercely as I do the pack and the humans we have.”
“And who protects you?” I whispered over the rim of my cup.
He smiled softly, coming over to me and sinking to balance on the balls of his feet in front of me. “That’s the point of being an alpha. I shouldn’t need protecting. That is why I train. I can’t give the pack any reason to think there is a better option for alpha.”
“I’ve felt your power, Dorian. I can’t imagine they would think that.”
He smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
“You should get some rest. There is some food on the table in the room. Make sure you eat.”
He was ending the conversation there. He clearly knew more about it than I did.
It made me nervous, scared for the kind of pack that would force their alpha to prove themselves at every point.
I finished my water and stood from the chair, hating the tension that held Dorian’s body. That was my job.
So I strode over to him and wrapped my arms around him. Zachariah had told me to take what I wanted.
I wanted Dorian.
He lifted my chin so he could press his lips on mine.
“So soft,” he whispered into the kiss. I deepened the kiss, reaching up on tiptoes. He wrapped his strong arm around my waist and lifted me to meet his kiss.
My legs went around his waist, and he pressed me against one of the protruding tree beams.
His kiss swirled in my body, and I smiled.
“If we fuck, does that count as cardio for the day?”
He smirked and lifted my gown, opening my legs for him.
9. The Vines
I sat in the bathtub in the bathing room, my alphas occupying a corner each. I had been thoroughly fucked by Dorian in the workout room before the other two came looking for me. Then they had insisted on having a turn.
I had insisted on a bath and some food. I got what I wanted; I just hadn’t expected to be sharing the bath.
The bathing room was huge, with a long body of water surrounded by branches and leaves up the walls. The branches stretched out across the wooden ceiling over the glass panels of the windows. Candles decorated all the spare spaces, with a single wooden shelving block by the door with drying cloths.
I sunk further into the water, dipping my hair back before coming back up with a sigh.
The stone of the bath was a rectangle and had seating around the outer edges of the bath. The alphas sat in their corners, watching me intensely.
I raised a brow at each of them, “You don’t have to stare like that. I’m not going anywhere.”
“Why look anywhere else when the scenery is better wherever you are?” Dorian said back, his words soft and perfect. I blushed and smiled, tucking my legs into me, hanging my feet on the edge of the stone seat.
I leaned my chin on my knees, not sure what to say back. I still wasn’t quite used to being complimented in sincere ways and not taunts.
